We awoke to snow this Saturday morning. It was just a dusting, and the snowfall was light. Inwe immediately wanted to go out in the snow. She dressed quickly and warmly, and she made sure that Larien was dressed quickly and warmly. (Finwe was napping, so she didn't direct his dressing.)
As soon as she got outside she began building a large snowball. Once that was done, she began eating the snow. At one point, Inwe was alone outside with just White Dragon for an escort because Larien needed to potty (Yipeee!). Being alone didn't bother her. She kept eating and throwing small snowballs at White Dragon.
Later in the evening after a few more inches of snow had fallen, Inwe spent some time outside with Phill. Those two threw snowballs at each other and tromped all over the yard. The snowfall was much harder so the playtime didn't last as long as the morning. It was also much colder than this morning.
I'm sure tomorrow morning will be fun as 4-8 inches of accumulation is expected. Just looking outside now I think the accumulation will be closer to 8 inches. I'll try to take pictures tomorrow.
