"Mommy, I don't want to stay for lunch."

It's 4am. I've just returned to bed after nursing Finwe. I lift the covers to get back into the warm bed. I hear, "Mommy, stop. That's my arm."

"Huh? Inwe?"

"Yes. Mommy, I need cough medicine."

"No you don't." I was at least lucent enough to remember not hearing coughing.

"Mommy, I don't want to stay for lunch."

"What?"

"I said, I don't want to say for lunch."

"Okay. Go to sleep. Shhhhh."

And, she really didn't want to stay at school for lunch. She said it again this morning. We went to lunch with Phill and visited the library afterwards.
