Broken Beads

I am going to put a curse, although a mild one, on Aunt Maverick. Why? She sent a bucket full of beads to the girls. They are very pretty, Mardi Gras types of beads, but they have a flaw. Many of them are broken.

Are you asking me what the problem is with that? Larien keeps bringing me the broken beads saying, "Mommy, fix it." This is okay once or twice, but I have now fixed ten strings of beads. What is she doing with the beads? Wearing them of course. They go really well with her princess dress. I have failed in my task of getting the girls dressed today. At least getting them dressed for bed will be easy.
