A late birthday present arrived yesterday from Mom Mom, Pop Pop, and Aunt Maverick. It wasn't late due to their forgetting. The package was late due to UPS restrictions on flying without a full load and having some of their planes and trucks being used for disaster relief.
The packages contained three Barbies: 2 for Larien and 1 for Inwe. Inwe is thrilled with her Fairytopia Barbie. She can't get enough of it. She even woke me up last night to redress her Barbie because some of her clothes had come off during the night. (She was also up really early again in preparation for school. At least this morning she listened to me and went back to bed for a little while longer.)
Larien likes her Barbies as well. One is from the new Barbie movie about a pegasus and the other is a Virgo Barbie. I didn't want to let her play with the Virgo Barbie due to lots of small pieces, but I got those little things off and gave it to her.
The other present was a huge Care Bear that talks. "It talks to me!" Larien slept with that as well as the Barbies last night.
And, a curse on Pop Pop for sending huge bags of M&M's.

Aunt Maverick is very happy that you gave it to her! My girls will always have Barbies from me as long as they love them. Mmm, guess I will have to get GI Joe Action figures for my little boy. :)
