Egg Hunt at School

Inwe doesn't go to preschool on Fridays, but today was the Easter Egg hunt for her class. The teacher said that I could come, bring Larien and Finwe, and help out as much as I could. Both girls got out of bed, got dressed and ready in a flash. The picture above is of Larien hunting the eggs with the four and five year olds in Inwe's class.
Here is Miss Cheri giving instructions about not pushing or shoving. There were about 200 eggs for the 16 kids. The other woman in the picture is Miss Mechelle, Inwe's teacher last year.
Larien held her own with the bigger kids, finding plenty of eggs. Inwe did just fine, too. She was good at finding the eggs up high. Most of the kids looked on the ground and not in the bushes.
Group photo of Inwe's class.
Here is Inwe and her good friend, Tobias, looking for eggs. I was pleased at the good manners shown by all the children during and after the egg hunt.

How wonderful they let you bring Audrey and let her participate.

What a treat to get to see their egg hunt! I'm glad both girls were able to find lots and lots of eggs. Everyone looks so happy.
