We have no name yet

I really think that this kid will be born with us not agreeing on a name. Names that are not going to be used are:

• George (although I love my cousin-in-law)
• Andrew (apparently too common)
• Phillip Jr.
• Any ex-boyfriends' names such as Richard, Jeff, Scott, Larry
• John (again too common although it is after my father-in-law and also on the ex-boyfriends list)
• Thomas (that would be too confusing with my dad being called Tom and my cousin Tommy)
• Any biblical names (apparently too many kids in the NICU have names like that. Of course we could get into the discussion that these babies have biblical names because they are in the NICU and that the names were not chosen before they were born prematurely.)
• Any names involving spices or states. Examples of these are Mace, Dakota, Nevada.
• Names usually used for dogs: Cody, Buster, Mack.
• And, lastly, Ian. (Perhaps only Pop Pop will know why this one is off the list.)

Feel free to give suggestions, but don't think we'll choose one any time soon. For some reason girl names were easy for us. Boy names are a bit more challenging.
