Inwe has been asking me to take her for a haircut since one of her classmates had four inches taken off from her hair. So, today I finally did. Inwe is really wonderful about sitting still and even has conversations with the sylist, MS PSHair.
Grandmom got her hair cut as well--a treat for her birthday from me. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but this woman has cut her own hair since 1959.
While we were gathering our things to leave, Larien walks over to the chair attemping to crawl into it. Ms PSHair said, "Do you want to get your hair cut?" Larien answers back, "Hair cut." Ms PSHair draped her, sprayed a bit of water on her head, and pretended to cut her hair. Larien kept perfectly still and even looked in the mirror after it was done.
