Pop Pop called last night to check on all of us. He does this often. In fact, he was so jealous of Maverick's visit that he called four times last Friday. Perhaps the last call was just to annoy me.
I'm way off track again. I apologize.
The point is that after Larien got through saying "Pop Pop phone", Inwe wanted to speak with him. Inwe really had a great conversation going with Pop Pop. She told him how many hugs and kisses he should give her when he sees her next time (two). I'm not quite sure what the rest of the conversation was as I took advantage of the good behavior and put away laundry.
My favorite part of watching Inwe on the phone is how adolescent she can look. She was laying on her stomach holding the phone with her left hand and twirling the phone cord with her right. To put the icing on the cake, her legs were bent at the knee and kicking. Keep in mind that I don't talk on the phone this way. There are some things you just don't have to teach.
