One Girl + One Girl +

If you don't want to know the gender of baby number three due in late September/early October, quit reading.

BOY!
The ultrasound revealed the gender without a doubt. We also got to see that, as far as any ultrasound technician or doctor can tell, the baby boy is normal. All ten toes, all ten fingers, a nice heart, two kidneys, a stomach, a bladder, a spine nicely covered, a normal brain, the arms and legs are the right size for gestational age.

Now, we have to deal with clothes. I have only girl clothes. So if you are itching to buy a baby blue outfit, go ahead and indulge yourself. We won't need to redecorate the nursery as it is already blue. I will have to get a few new sheets for the crib--those are mostly pink with some gender neutral ones.

Inwe wasn't with us at the ultrasound, so I will tell her to expect a baby brother when I pick her up from school. She keeps saying that she already has a sister, so I'm sure she'll be excited.

When I scan the picture I'll post it, although it may be much later today or even this evening.

So you won't name him for me, huh ?

Luckily I had dinner with Alexandra (your OTHER big sister) last night.

She is going to make you a baby blanket. An original. Knitted. With Love.

Well, "Cirdan" and "Findarato" had already decided you need to have "another Audrey." Cirdan paid no attention to the news (too busy singing "Mommy's taking us to the zoo tomorrow"); Findarato emphatically declared that you are to have "another Audrey." "Or a Megan." I'll work on them!

HOW EXCITING!!!

BTW, you forgot that anyone buying boy things should remember that you have HUGE babies!!!!!!!!!!!!
