Did you guess Larien? Well, you guessed correctly. Today she asked to go pee pee in the potty twice! The first time was when we entered the grocery store. Inwe asked to go potty, and that request was quickly followed by "I want to go potty, toooooooo." (I have to add the extra o's to Larien's request so you get an idea of her way of speaking.) Inwe had to go first, then Larien stepped up saying, "Take off me diaper." I sat her on the potty and she peed. I wonder what the lady next to us was thinking as Inwe and I cheered and clapped.
The second potty request came after Larien's bath. And, this was a timely one. She practically ran out of the bathroom and squatted in the hallway. "I got to go pee pee, NOW!" (Draw out the "now" like the "too" above.) Why did she run out of her bathroom? Inwe was on their potty and wasn't going to move shortly. What did Mommy do? I grabbed the little kid potty seat from their bathroom, turned towards the master bath saying, "Come on, Larien. Let's get to Mommy's potty." She got up and did her toddler run to my bath. "Close the door." (Make "door" a New York accent.) I closed the door, and she peed. She then got down, flushed the toilet, and said, "Bye bye, Larien's pee pee. Bye bye."
