Larien has a knack for remembering song lyrics. This could be a bad thing in that many a chemistry structure was struck from my mind by a few song lyrics in my younger days. Oh, back to the point of this entry.
She can sing the entire soundtrack of the Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper movie. I should also note that she adds hand motions as well and can put on quite a performance. Today, I received a CD I had ordered, On the Mountain 11, a recording of 17 artists in the Mountain Music Lounge at KMTT 103.5 FM in Seattle. The third track is Life Less Ordinary by Carbon Leaf (listen to it and other songs by following the link), which is on another CD of ours. We were dancing to the music together and Larien was singing the words correctly. Well, in a toddler voice, but still the right words.
And, she can recite two of her Thomas the Tank Engine books as well. I know I rave about Inwe's mind, so here is me raving about little Larien. Look out, Finwe, you are going to have your hands full.
