Pollen and a residual cold have me feeling a bit low tonight, so I'm just going to share a few short bits about the girls.
Larien: While driving to dinner at "The Trough", Larien was making chomping noises. Inwe asks her, "What are you eating, Larien?" I seconded the question to Larien elaborating a bit further, "What are you pretending to eat?"
To my surprise and Inwe's, Larien answered, "Pizza."
Inwe: Nap time is usually between 1:30pm and 4-ish if I'm lucky. I use that time to clean up, take a nap myself, or in the spring and summer do some yard work. Today I picked up a bit and then I decided to mow the lawn. As I was making my third pass with the mower, I see a very happy Inwe running towards me. "I'm through sleeping, Mommy. I want to be awake now."
"Sweetie, you've hardly been napping an hour. Are you sure?"
"Yes." Fortunately for her a rain shower started right then. She got a ride on the riding lawn mower to the garage. Without the rain shower I would have made her go play in her room for a bit longer.
